We had the sampler tacos - halibut, Rick fish and salmon. Spicy sauce. Oh.My.Goodness. These were yummy!

Delicious tacos. The sauce on them was very good. I love the outdoor atmosphere as well.

Stopped in Juneau Alaska on cruise... Everyone said he deck deckhand Dave's... I met Dave when I asked about MSG in the seasoning... he said he makes it all himself and there is no artificial ingredients... I was going to get the salmon fish tacos but after talking with him decided on the blackened. Rockfish tacos.... Great decision they were absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned..... Got the battered fries which were all so delicious... We will be stopping here again on our way back through Juneau.

Halibut was so tasty and fresh! Outdoor seating was really comfortable with a covered, heated area! Staff was really friendly as well.

Such a fun, easy going local place to get delicious food! The haddock was the best I ever had. Very light and fried perfectly. Loved it so much we got seconds! The little boat bar was also a fantastic addition for a beverage. Highly recommend!

Amazing! The fish tacos are delicious and the halibut crabcakes are a must try! The staff are friendly and helpful. Service is fast and accurate. There is seating in the food court like area so feel free to dine in. If you're stopping here on a cruise dock, pay this place a visit!

Amazing. Loved the atmosphere and the food was spectacular. Recommended by a local and it was on point.

If you haven't already tried them, you've gotta try the Slutty Fries(pictured below). There to die for! They have like 3 different sauces on them and there very well seasoned! The Salmon tacos(pictured below) are also good. Aside from that I've tried the Rockfish tacos. I like the Salmon one's better. One taco and a side of fries are very fulfilling. The prices aren't bad either and they provide good customer service. I would definitely reccomend this place!

Service was fast and the tacos and fries were amazing. Rhe salmon was so fresh, the coleslaw on the taco gave it an great balance of flavor. Definitely a must have in Juneau

Had the taco trio. Ordered the mild crema and found them to be a bit bland. Hit the hot sauce bar and salt shaker and they were great. Definitely liked the salmon one best.

Great fish tacos! And I’m from fish taco Capital - San Diego! This is a food truck. Can’t decide? Get the combo of battered halibut, blackened rockfish, & battered sockeye salmon. Yum! Also had the halibut fish cake for appetizer. Goes great w the nearby Alaskan lager. Outdoors food court, communal seating.

Fun outdoor dining (there is cover if required), friendly staff and delicious food.

Great rock fish tacos! Flavorful, moist fish. Nice sauce on fish. Great with a beer.!! Sitting area could use more shaded areas to sit in.

Great place for fresh fish Tacos. A half a dozen beers on tap. Table and chairs in covered area with one propane heater.

I had some Salmon tacos and a halibut cake. The tacos were fine but the halibut cake was very, very tasty. Better than most crab cakes I have tried. Great sauce to accompany as well. The area is well-located. Prices are a bit high, but hey, it's a tourist area. While I was there I even saw a bear in the "back yard". Guess he likes the halibut cakes, too.

Tacos were good! We are from California and fish tacos are normally fairly large for one serving and these ones were, from our perspective, rather small servings for the price we paid. That being said, though, the quality was good and very fresh fish. They have seats in the open and under cover. This was nice since it was especially hot while we were there!! Location is good and next to a lot of other food truck/tent type places right next to the cruise ships docks.

My, my! Fried rockfish street taco was great. I want real hungry, but I wanted to try the local fare. This was perfect! Outdoor stand, quick service, great taco. Just what I needed and really yummy! I'd eat this over and over.

Deckhand Dave Is awesome. Those tacos exceeded my foodie expectations and more. I'm from Southern California and these were better than most fish tacos I've had. The outdoor patio bar area is unique and we didn't mind sitting outside even though it was raining. Good vibes and good food.

Delicious fish tacos! Get the sampler if you're not sure which type of fish taco to indulge. Good local craft beer selection, friendly service. Dog friendly since all of the seating is outdoors. Tourists and locals love this place alike.

Good tacos, kinda pricey but this is Alaska. Part of a food trailer area with seating, some covered. Are here twice within a few days. Halibut tacos were the best of the sampler.

Great tacos, great atmosphere in the covered outdoor eating space. We liked it so much we went twice during our 3 days in Juneau.

Deck Hand Dave's is a simple place - basically a food truck and a big tent - but do not let that dissuade you from checking this place out. The fish tacos are excellent, best in probably 1000 miles. The salmon is great and the traditional fish and chips are great as well. They also have a good selection of the Alaska Brewing product on tap as well, (including usually one of their quirky brews that don't get wider release.)

Very good. Take a few extra steps away from the cruise ships to find places like this locally owned street food stand. Outdoor seating only but it was 78 and sunny for us!

Great fish tacos on a cozy dockside patio. Ordered the trio sampler and an Alaskan amber. Dave brought the food out himself and recounted his days of working in a fishing boat off Juneau.

Awesome salmon and halibut tacos. Love the little food truck area they have set up. One of our guides recommended them and it was spot on. Delicious!

Perfect place to stop on a rainy day. The fire heaters will keep you warm and the tacos will fill your tummy. Great jams playing too, whatever station they were playing sounded great.

Great ambience, even better food. Simple, uncomplicated menu. Blackened rockfish tacos with spicy crema are my favorite. Also best fries in Juneau, hands down. Crispy and well seasoned. This is where locals in Juneau go to get a summertime seafood fix.

Halibut chewy, and fried batter on fish tough.Fries fantastic. My spouse said the Fish Tocos were delicious. Stick with the tacos.

Loved the Tacos here, it's only here in the summer, and just looks luke's a food cart and tent in a parking lot, but don't be mistaken, this is well worth the visit! Dave is often everything around saying hi, making this feel like a friendly place.
